The Sleeveless Vest from Frogskins features a quick-dry fleece inner lining, which keeps you super warm and, as the name suggests, dries extremely fast. This is important for surface intervals, as well as staying warm during consecutive dives. The outer layer is made from 0.5mm ultra-stretch neoprene.
