The Backscatter Mini Flash Underwater Strobe (MF-2) is the upgrade of the original Mini Flash 1, with improved performance and added features. It's powerful enough for full-frame mirrorless and SLR systems, but compact in size, so great for compact cameras as well. It's a lightweight and travel friendly macro lighting system that consists of a strobe and snoot.

It features the the most accurate automatic TTL for Olympus Cameras exposure Backscatter have ever tested, even through the Optical Snoot.

Backscatter have designed this easy to use macro strobe (plus snoot combo) by using bright LED lights that project the same beam pattern as the flash through the snoot, so you can easily see the exact placement of the snoot beam on your subject when framing a shot, so you'll know when you're hitting your subject.

It also features a wireless remote control allowing you to change strobe power levels on a remotely placed Mini Flash 2 from a main Mini Flash 2, all completely cable-free  (remotely trigger the Mini Flashes with the included Lightpipe).

It has high-speed sync, shooting faster than your camera’s flash sync speed with the wide-open apertures for buttery smooth bokeh while still maintaining a dark background.
