Simply secure the hand strap to the light for hands-free use of the light and a secure attachment on top of your hand. It's a favourite attachment amongst Light & Motion users and many lights come with this hand strap. This item can be purchased as a replacement or spare strap or to add to a Gobe or Sola Video light that doesn't come with the strap as standard.
